Shelly Ptolemy, President of Ptolemy & Associates Inc is a Registered Nurse, Certified Occupational Health Nurse and Certified Human Resource Professional with 12 years of experience in the areas of Occupational Health, Safety, Wellness and Disability She has worked with both public and private sector organizations and implemented a National award winning disability management program in the municipal sector in 2000. Shelly has developed an area of expertise in Human Resources, disability management and consults to organizations across Canada. She is also a National speaker in her areas of expertise.
Erin McLeod, is a native Calgarian who holds a degree in Kinesiology as well as a degree in Criminology. Once employed as a police constable for the Lethbridge Regional Police Service, Erin went on to work in Occupational Health and Safety and specialized in the area of Disability Management for the unionized healthcare industry. Erin used her extensive educational background, communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate positive return to work outcomes for complex disability and Duty to Accommodate cases.
The Office Administration Team consists of a Manager of Operations and two administration employees. The office administration team provides expertise in statistical analysis, survey administration, project management and resource mobilization.
Ptolemy & Associates works with a multidisciplinary group of associates with expertise in organizational psychology, organizational development, Occupational Health & Safety, workplace wellness and disability management.
