I have had the fortune of working with Shelly on the Calgary Police Service COVID Incident Management Team. The assignment was understandably nebulous at the outset, with no road map to prescribe how we tackled the problem. The mission was to reimagine service delivery to the community while mitigating exposure risks to police officers and other employees.
